1.Introduction of Project: The construction period of the project is 2 years. Annual production capacity of the project will be 1,500,000 sets of HID automobile front lights.
2.Advantage: Comparing with traditional halogen lamp, HID automobile front light has advantages of higher lighting efficiency, farer lighting distance, lower power consumption and wider lighting field. The project will make good use of local silicon tube processing advantage and push the development of local silicon source industries. At present, annual output of auto is 4,500,000 in China. If HID automobile front lights are used in 50% of these cars, annual market demand will be 2,250,000 sets. If the products are used in all of these cars, annual demand will be 4,500,000 set. And if all traditional auto front lights are changed to HID lights, the demand will raise greatly. Therefore, this project has very bright marketing future.
